Associate Programme for young students age 12+ Performers Elite
Performers Elite is an exclusive, training programme for talented young performers aged 12+ who are ready to grow in confidence and take their training to the next level.
Held once a month on a Sunday, each Performers Elite day delivers high-impact, intensive training designed to challenge, inspire, and empower. No two days are ever the same — every session is carefully crafted with variety, creativity, and inclusivity at its heart, ensuring students are constantly learning, evolving, and discovering new strengths.
Training is led by an outstanding team of Performers College faculty, alongside industry-specialist guest tutors from across dance, musical theatre, singing, and acting. This gives students the chance to train with professionals who know exactly what it takes to succeed — both in training and in the performing arts industry.
We scout for new Elite members at workshops and major dance events across the UK, including various conventions and competitions. Selection is based on potential, passion, and commitment, not just ability. We’re always looking for young performers who show drive, and a hunger to grow.
Performers Elite runs from 10am–4pm, with a flexible pay-as-you-train structure — students only pay for the sessions they attend, making it accessible while maintaining its elite standard.

What will you learn
Performers Elite students train at the highest level, working directly with Performers College tutors and leading industry professionals. Each session is purposefully curated, with tutors hand-selected to deliver bold, diverse, and challenging sessions that pushes Elite students beyond their comfort zones.
The programme is designed to build confidence, unlock versatility, and inspire fearless performance. Students are encouraged to explore new styles and genres, develop their individuality, and connect with driven young performers from across the country, forming friendships that extend far beyond the studio.
Selection is based on potential, passion, and presence — we’re looking for performers who are ready to step up, stand out, and grow.

Mode of Attendance: Once a month. 10am – 4pm.
Length of Course: One day training days held from September to July
Campus Delivery: Essex
Progression
Elite students build the skills during the sessions to prepare for auditions for vocational training.

Course Fees
Each Elite session is charged at £30
Students only pay for sessions attended.

- Any genre of dance or musical theatre

If you are performing as part of a group, please ensure you are clearly identifiable by outlining your clothing, and or position within the group.
Additional Skills (Optional)
Applicants are welcome to submit one additional video to showcase another performance skill, such as:
- A song (choice of song or musical theatre piece)
- A monologue
