Conrad Cohen

Senior Lecturer

Conrad Cohen is a theatre director, acting teacher and independent scholar. A former Head of Drama, he is currently Teaching Manager for the Royal Shakespeare Company's Shakespeare Curriculum platform, where he manages their professional development programmes for teachers.

In addition, he is a Senior Lecturer at Performers College in Essex, a Tutor at the British American Drama Academy, and a Visiting Lecturer at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. He completed an MFA in Actor Training and Coaching with distinction at Royal Central.

Conrad trained as an actor at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and holds a PGCE in secondary education. Additionally, he sits on the boards of Frantic Assembly and Elstree Screen Arts Academy, combining his passion for contemporary theatre practice with emerging talent development in screen arts.
