Michelle Pentecost

Michelle Pentecost is a Musical Theatre educator, performer and creative entrepreneur, with extensive professional experience across the West End and UK and international touring productions. A graduate of The Arts Educational Schools, London, Michelle brings a wealth of industry knowledge into the studio, helping students bridge the gap between vocational training and professional practice.

As a performer, Michelle has appeared in a range of leading and principal roles. Her credits include playing and covering iconic leading ladies such as Elphaba in Wicked (West End), Eva Perón in Evita (West End and European Tour), Alice and the Mad Hatter in Wonderland (UK and Ireland Tour), and Grace Farrell in Annie (UK and Irish Tour). Additional theatre credits include The Greatest Show UK Tour, Magic of the Movies, Paradise Moscow, Dick Whittington, Bedding Belle, and numerous workshops of new musical theatre writing. She has also performed as a featured soloist in concerts including Defying Gravity, A Night in New York, West End Live, and the Help for Heroes Concert.

Alongside her stage work, Michelle has appeared on television in Live at the Apollo and The Queen's WW2 Commemoration Celebration, and can be heard on several cast recordings, including Just So, Soho Cinders and Bonnie and Clyde.

Michelle is passionate about developing the next generation of Musical Theatre performers and specialises in acting through song, character development, performance technique and professional preparation. Her teaching combines current industry practice with a supportive, student-centred approach that encourages creativity, resilience and artistic individuality. Drawing on her experience working at the highest level of the industry, she is committed to equipping students with the technical skills, confidence and professionalism required for successful and sustainable careers in the performing arts.

Outside of teaching and performing, Michelle is the Director of Dynamix Dance & Events, delivering West End workshops, corporate entertainment and creative event solutions, and is also the founder of Dynamix Designs, a luxury event décor company.
